Christmas gifts – extended returns
All orders placed up to and including 21 December can be exchanged or returned until 31 January.
All other conditions remain the same as described below (30-day right of withdrawal, free exchanges and GLS return label at DKK 39 for standard returns).

Right of withdrawal
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in essentially the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging. You may try the product as in a physical store; use beyond that may result in a deduction for diminished value.

How to start a return
Email support@woodyskigear.com (include order no. and the items you wish to return).
For traceability we use a standard GLS return label – DKK 39, which is deducted from your refund.

Other carrier (by prior approval only)
Returns with another carrier are only possible after prior written approval. The shipment must be door-to-door to our business address (not a pickup point/unmanned) and have Track & Trace. Cost and risk are yours until we have registered receipt.

Exchanges
We offer one free exchange per order within 30 days. Email us with your order no. and requested size/colour. We send a free GLS return label and ship the new item once the return is registered.

Warranty (Danish Sale of Goods Act)
You have 24 months warranty. Email us with order no., a short description and photos/video (full item, close-up of the defect, care label if relevant). For approved claims we send a free return label and cover reasonable return costs.

Uncollected parcels
Uncollected parcels are not considered a valid withdrawal. If a parcel is returned to us, we refund the item price minus DKK 49 in handling/return fee.

Refund
Once your return is received and approved, we refund to the original payment method. The amount is usually visible within 7 banking days (depends on your bank/payment provider).
Restocking fee: none.

Exceptions
