    These terms apply to purchases on www.woodyskigear.com for delivery in Denmark.

    2. Use of the webshop
    You provide correct information and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You confirm you are entitled to use the chosen payment method.

    3. Prices & payment
    All prices are in DKK incl. 25% VAT. Any shipping is shown separately in cart/checkout. We reserve the right to typographical errors, price changes, sold-out items and technical issues. Payment is made via the methods available at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).

    4. Order confirmation
    The contract is concluded when the order confirmation is sent. In case of obvious errors (e.g., pricing errors) we will contact you; you may then cancel without cost.

    5. Delivery
    Delivery with GLS. Typically 2–4 business days. Shipping and any free shipping (free from DKK 500 / DKK 49 below DKK 500) are shown in checkout. During peak periods (campaigns/sales) additional processing time may apply. See the Shipping Policy.

    6. Transfer of risk
    For consumer purchases, risk transfers to you upon physical receipt of the goods.

    7. Warranty
    24 months warranty under Danish law. Contact us first; for approved claims we provide a free return label and cover reasonable return costs.

    8. Right of withdrawal & returns
    30-day right of withdrawal. Returns as described in the Refund Policy: standard GLS label DKK 39 (deducted from the refund) and one free exchange per order. Return address: Orebygårdvej 11B, 7400 Herning.

    9. Uncollected parcels
    Refund of the item price minus DKK 49.

    10. Reservations & liability
    Colours/appearance may vary due to screens. To the extent permitted by Danish law, our liability is limited to direct losses. Your non-waivable consumer rights are not limited.

    11. Intellectual property
    All content belongs to Woody Outdoor ApS or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

    12. Privacy
    See our Privacy Policy. As we use Shopify, data may be processed outside the EU in accordance with applicable rules and data-processing agreements.

    13. Force majeure
    We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (strike, lockout, illness, pandemics, natural disasters, war, fire, failures by suppliers/carriers, public orders, etc.).

    14. Governing law & venue
    Danish law. Disputes may be brought before Retten i Herning (Herning District Court).

    15. Complaints
    You can complain to Nævnenes Hus via www.naevneneshus.dk.
