Shipping is shown clearly in cart/checkout: 
Free Shipping on orders from DKK 500
DKK 49 on orders under DKK 500 

Delivery time
Typically 2–4 business days. During peak periods (campaigns/sales), additional processing time may apply.

Order & tracking
When your order is dispatched, you receive a Track & Trace email. If you provided a mobile number and allowed SMS, the carrier may also send SMS updates.

Uncollected parcels & re-routing
Parcels not collected are returned according to the carrier’s deadlines. Please see our Returns/Refund Policy for details on the fee for uncollected parcels. Re-routing or address changes after dispatch are not always possible.

Transport damage
If your parcel or items are damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, at support@woodyskigear.com with photos of the outer/inner packaging and the damage. Keep the packaging and labels — we will open a case with GLS and help resolve it.
